When planning your wedding reception, the catering team plays a crucial role in ensuring everything runs smoothly. At Willow & Sage Catering, we specialize in handling all the culinary details, so you can focus on enjoying your big day with loved ones. Our team ensures that each course is perfectly prepared and served, with flawless timing and attentive service.
Professional catering teams handle wedding reception service by planning the menu, coordinating service style, preparing rentals, managing cocktail hour, serving each course, and supporting bar setup. They also handle timing, dietary needs, and guest flow so the couple can focus on enjoying the celebration.
A Dining Experience from Start to Finish
From the first bite of your hors d’oeuvres to the last slice of wedding cake, we focus on creating a fluid experience for you and your guests. We begin with a personalized consultation, where we discuss your preferred menu options, dietary accommodations, and overall vision for the reception. From plated dinners to casual buffet-style service, we’ll ensure your dining experience reflects your style and preferences.
Service Styles That Fit Every Wedding
At Willow & Sage, we understand that no two weddings are alike, which is why we offer various service styles to suit your event. For a more traditional feel, you can choose a plated service, where your guests are served courses in a set order, or opt for a buffet or dinner stations for a more interactive experience. With a buffet, guests can help themselves to their favorite dishes, while dinner stations provide a fun, engaging atmosphere where our chefs serve up delicious bites right in front of them.
We also offer cocktail hour options with grazing tables, where your guests can snack on a variety of fresh, seasonal items like bruschetta, cheese boards, and vegetable crudité. It’s a great way to keep everyone satisfied while the reception kicks off.
Attention to Detail with Rentals and Inclusions
Our commitment to perfection goes beyond food. We provide a range of rentals and inclusions to make your reception even more special. From specialty china, flatware, and linens to farmhouse tables and chairs, we’ll make sure your reception is dressed to impress. For those looking for more, we also offer floral arrangements, cocktail lounges, portable bars, and restroom trailers for outdoor events.
Alcohol and Bar Service for Your Guests
While we don’t provide alcohol directly, we make it easy to customize your bar service. You can order your alcohol through our recommended vendors, and we’ll take care of the rest, setting up the bar and providing bartenders for smooth service. We suggest having one bartender for every 50 guests to ensure that everyone gets served promptly.
Personalized Touches for Your Wedding Reception
At Willow & Sage, we believe that your wedding reception should feel like it’s yours, unique and personal. Our culinary team is here to work with you on menu customization, from classic favorites to something more adventurous. We offer several enhancements like passed hors d’oeuvres, signature cocktails, and dessert stations to add even more flavor to your celebration.
